How long does a personal injury case take?

When people have asked me how long will my case take, I tell them that every case is different, some cases we’ll be able to resolve in a short amount of time, some cases we’ll have to take all the way to trial.
When a person comes in and they’re represented by Lever and Ecker, we prepare every case as if it’s going to trial because this way the insurance companies know that they gonna have to pay us top dollar, that there’s no discount with us.
